Trade
We work to ensure all aspects of the trade portion go according to plan. We focus largely on booth and display set-up and arrangement. All trade show participants will be made aware of how the event is scheduled to run
Guest Speakers
Guest speakers will be provided with excellent accommodation, transfer, transport, and anything necessary to ensure their needs being met. Our team will assist the speakers with requests before, during, and after the conference – making for safe and easy travel
Audio & Visual
All audio-visual components will be prepared ahead of time. Everything you need from sound, video, display and video recordings will be available at your request
CPD Points
Janet Sirmongpong from our office works closely with Alan Taylor, the CPD accreditor at UCT, and the HPCSA to have our Conferences CPD accredited. Also, Discovery Health will handle the CPD process on site by logging CPD points electronically and sending out CPD certificates after the conference.
